About MeHello, and welcome again to my website. I am a native of Massachusetts, but spirit called me to Mount Shasta, California in June 2004. Then, love brought me to Klamath Falls, Oregon in June 2005, and this is where my beading obsession began.
I took a class at the community college. My beading teacher never thought I would get through the 8 weeks {I think I'm left brained challenged!}, but I was determined to do this, and now I've finally found the creative outlet I have always needed. It truly is an obsession and addiction! My beading teacher has also become a close friend, and we do jewelry shows together. When I'm not making jewelry I also work as a caregiver with the elderly.
I have been involved with spirituality, self help, and metaphysics most of my adult life. This, combined with a very romantic heart led to the writing of my novel "Atlantis Rising". I also have 2 other novels in the works, and hopefully "someday" I will finish them!
I have 2 sons, one that still lives in Mass. and the other who now lives in Ashland, Oregon. He was my partner in the great adventure of moving 3000 miles with my having no job, little money and a whole lot of faith. We drove cross country in a Jeep Wrangler {ouch!}. It was an interesting journey. We saw some beautiful sights, and some not so beautiful. We had a couple of close calls on the road, but somehow we knew we were destined to get here in one piece, for we had new lives to begin, and I truly believe we had divine protection.
And now a new chapter in my life is beginning as I'm about to wed the love of my life in October 2006. I am certainly looking forward to the great adventure this will bring.
